Wrestlers must also have a vaild VHSL Sports Physical turned in to the Activities Office or to the Athletic Trainer prior to the 1st day of tryouts.
Monday Nov 6th is the First Day of Tryouts!
Locker room opens up at 5pm. Practice goes from 5:30pm - 7pm.
Athletes can get picked up to go home between 7:15 and 7:30pm at Door 3.
Wrestlers must have running shoes, wrestling shoes, water, and athletic wear everyday.
